Direct Primary care is a cash pay membership agreement between Jennifer and her clients. Appointments can be in person, virtual, or even by email or text. You can contact Jennifer directly and avoid call centers and triage nurses. Same day and next day appointments are always available. The average insurance based patient waits over two weeks to see their provider. Jennifer aims to always keep her panel number low to be directly available whenever her patients need’s arise. Direct Primary Care also allows providers to contract with labs and imaging centers to reduce the cost of tests. These discounts are then passed on to their clients.
Seals Restorative Health aims to look outside of the checked boxes of western medicine and approaches health with a full spectrum of hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. We break down the barriers for sexual health and replace the desire and satisfaction of sexual intercourse with treatment approaches that are designed for EACH patient individually. Options for weight loss and peptide therapy are discussed as an adjunct therapy with each consult so you can look and feel your best!

Consultation
Each initial visit includes a full history, review of lifestyle and treatment goals, laboratory evaluation and treatment plan. Each initial consult fee will be applied to cost of treatment.
Complete Initial Paperwork
Intake paperwork will be emailed at time of consult booking. Please provide legal name as used on government ID
Schedule An Appointment
A one hour intake appointment will be performed in person to review history, goals, lab results, and treatment options. Follow up visits can be schedule tele-health.
