Direct Primary Care
Jennifer is pleased to announce she will be offering Direct Primary Care starting November 1, 2024.
Direct Primary Care is a membership option health care plan that removes insurance company restrictions. DPC is an agreement between Jennifer and her clients that offers direct contact to Jennifer via in person appointments within one to two days, virtual visits, telephone consults, and even text messages.
Jennifer believes in evidence based medicine but is aware of the restrictions that insurance companies have placed on health care. She is able to obtain labs, imaging, and most common medications at a discounted price that she can offer to her clients in the form of discounted health care.
Membership Costs include:
- Children 0-18 – $35.00 per month.
- Adults 19-84 years – $60.00 per month
- Adults 85 plus – $85.00 per month.
- A family of four with two adults and two children under 18 years -$150.00 per month.
Discounts are available for payments at three months, six months, and one year.
Memberships include one yearly physical with full wellness laboratory panel, unlimited office visits, common labs including strep screens, urine analysis, flu tests, direct provider access (no call centers), as well as discounts on other required labs for monitoring of chronic medical conditions.
Jennifer recommends following the recommended screening guidelines of the US Preventive Task Force and standard vaccination guidelines from the CDC for both children and adults.
